These events play a pivotal role in our organisation’s fundraising efforts, as we heavily depend on expansive networks to accomplish our goals. Whether it’s a bake sale, a charity auction, or a gala dinner, every initiative counts towards making a significant difference in our ability to support our cause.

Organising your Event
In your role as an event organiser, your responsibilities typically include securing venues, planning activities and marketing for the event. These expenses are usually ofset by sponsorships and donations from businesses or individuals who wish to support the event financially.
Kashmir Welfare Foundation is a 100% donations charity and therefore does not contribute to events directly. However, we will designate one of our events coordinators to offer you resources, support, guidance and assistance at every stage of the process.
Banners & Backdrops
Your Events Coordinator will organise a large backdrop measuring 8 feet high by 10 feet wide, along with 4 roll-up banners and 2 feather flags suitable for outdoor use in locations like carparks.
Additionally, we’ll supply you with leaflets and booklets containing comprehensive details about our charity projects, enabling your guests to delve deeper into the cause you’re fundraising for.
If you need anything else, you can liaise directly with your designed events coordinator.
Lighting, Sound & Visuals
We’ve got your audio needs covered as well! We can provide 4 x 800w JBL speakers, perfect for events hosting up to 1,000 people. Suitable for talks, naats, nasheeds and Qawaalies at your fundraising event. Additionally, for showcasing charity videos, we offer access to projector screens and projectors.
Depending on your event venue and the available walls and surroundings, we may also incorporate uplighting in our charity’s colors to create a unique ambiance. These items are available upon request and subject to availabillity.
Taking Donations
Before your event, we will assist you in setting up a fundraising page, enabling you to start collecting donations promptly. You’ll receive a QR code for integration into your marketing materials.
Live tracking of all donations received through your campaign can be conveniently managed directly from our website. On the event day, your guests can make donations using our credit and debit card machines, ensuring seamless processing assigned directly to your online portal.
