Our Responsibility
Upon making an online donation to Kashmir Welfare Foundation, you will receive an email confirming the receipt and specifics of your contribution. Your donation serves as an offer, and its acceptance is finalised when we issue a Final Receipt. A reciept is usualy sent out by our payment provider immediately.
Details on Reciepts
We are committed to exercising due diligence to ensure the accuracy of details, descriptions, and prices of donation items featured on the website. This commitment is upheld at the time of entering relevant information into the system. We retain the right to decline donations in cases where item information, including prices and promotions, has been inaccurately or mistakenly published.
Cancellation and refunds
We provide a 7-day refund policy starting from the date of your donation. Refunds will only be processed in cases of donation errors or if we are unable to fulfill the projects you contributed to. In such instances, we might suggest a similar project as an alternative.
